I paid but haven't received my item
Your payment is protected by Megra escrow. Check your dashboard for tracking information. If the seller hasn't shipped within 48 hours, you can open a dispute from your dashboard and we'll investigate immediately.
Item received is different from what was shown
Don't confirm delivery yet. Take photos of the item and open a dispute from your dashboard within 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the stream recording as evidence and resolve in your favor if the item is significantly different.
When will I receive my payout as a seller?
Payment is released to your bank account within 24-48 hours after the buyer confirms delivery. If the buyer doesn't confirm within 48 hours of the tracking showing delivered, funds are released automatically.
How do I become a verified seller?
Click "Sell on Megra" in the navigation, fill in your store details and NIN, then submit. Our team reviews applications within 24 hours. The first 100 sellers get 0% fees for 3 months.
My payment failed — what do I do?
Try again with a different card or use bank transfer. Make sure your card has international transactions enabled. If the issue persists contact us via WhatsApp or submit a ticket below.
How do I report a scam seller?
Submit a ticket below with the seller's username and details of what happened. We take fraud very seriously — verified scammers are permanently banned and reported to authorities.
